Path 1 → Child:

Are you a world traveller?

Every country in the world has its own superhero with a unique identity. A story, powers, geography and culture that make them completely different from all the others.

On SuperGeoKid, you’ll discover what the mountains, rivers and climates are like in every corner of the planet. You’ll find out how many people live there, what languages they speak, what traditions they have, and what makes each place special.

There are around 200 countries in the world. Every week, we explore a new one together. Which one will you start with?

Option 2 → Parent or teacher:

Are you looking to spark your children’s or pupils’ interest in geography?

SuperGeoKid covers physical and human geography — geomorphology, climatology, demography and culture — presented in a way that children can easily understand, using illustrations, simplified facts and an accessible narrative.

Through the metaphor of the superhero, each country comes to life with its own identity. This approach is designed to help children understand the world, its differences and its diversity in a natural and engaging way.

Who are we?

We are Borja and Sebastián, father and son. SuperGeoKid came about when Sebastián asked why the countries in Africa have straight borders — and instead of looking for a quick answer, we set about finding it together, with maps spread out on the table.

Borja has lived in seven countries and visited more than 50. Sebastián was born in Colombia, grew up in Portugal and Romania, and has now turned our home into a 3D atlas.

We aren’t professional geographers. We’re people who have experienced geography first-hand — and that comes across in every article.
